Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging, including the shoebox and any accessories.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the shoes must show absolutely no signs of wear. We highly recommend trying your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the soles. Shoes returned with scuffed soles, creases, or missing original packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
